Hi,
I’m struggling to create this kind of behaviour: I need to allow to anyone to create new topics, but I need to prevent answers from everybody. Only admins or other specific privileged roles can reply.

Any chance to achieve that?

Several of the wordpress access manager products will allow you to control who can do stuff to what
I think (from memory) that ‘user role editor’

and if you are happy with a bit of code, then this will help you define new roles/admin existing and control access

You could also do this by editing the theme files so that the reply form is only shown to users with specific user roles, there is a similar topic here that may help:
