I like it, although at the bottom, “fueled with wordpress” that would be fueled with bbpress wouldn’t it?
haha, I’ll probably think of something else I’d like pretty soon. And, by the way, while we’re on this topic of wordpress and bbpress, on my site at the top it says “Hello $user_id”, I’d like for that to link to the forums profile for the user. If you don’t understand, go to my site and look at the top right. You’d have to actually login for it to say your username, otherwise it just says “Hello !”
hmm… I really need to learn how to make my own plugins so I won’t have to rely on others to do everything…

By the way, chrishajer, I only did this on the front page by adding an image that they can click on to take them to the latest post, or if they dont want to go to the latest post, click on the topic title. You can see it on my site, it’s the clipboard image that takes to the latest post.
I think subforums would be a great plugin, but I think if it is to be made it should also come with categories.

Signature isn’t working most likely because you have the latest version of Avatar. The change you made in functions.php for signature need to be made in bb-avatar.php instead (in your my-plugins directory). Check out Line 34… that’s where you need to make the adjustement.

What if you made them in one package, but with ability to turn one off if you didn’t want it used?
I think it would be easiest to make 2 separate plugins. One avatars, one signatures. They would both be pretty much the same, just have different effect.
It looks nice. Do the images on the left of each forum show you whethere it has new posts?
