so you wanna know how to create an initial table for user?
Have you tried creating a new user and logging in as that? Once you have a working username and password, you could bump him up to keymaster right? Then you could probably go back and fix the original.

i used this code as you mention but its doesn’t work well. can you suggest any plugin for that?
i also tried it before and found that, you can block user but can’t really delete all the topics of that user. that will still see and if you want to permanently delete them then you have to do it manually.
