    @Robkk, I like your last suggestion, that is, hide all the avatars and just not worry about it. That’s what I’ll do.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I decided yesterday to get rid of wp SEO altogether and instead got All in One Pack SEO Pro and I have no problems any more.

    Thanks so much for the information, Robin, I appreciate it and it answers a lot for me.

    The unsubscribe answer you provided makes a lot of sense. We’d certainly want the users’ previous contributions to remain in the forums.

    I’ll keep working to set this up with the help you provided. If any other questions arise, I’ll submit another ticket.

    Thanks for the link @robin-w. I should have read that first.

    As it turns out, I was confused about Forums vs Topics. I was thinking that all the forums I wanted would be put in as topics — don’t ask why; late night last night.

    Anyway, after realizing my confusion, I created the forums I wanted and now all is well.
