I’m thinking the same thing – is this a dead or dying plugin?
All I can get is:

Continuing Import…
Stopped
Continuing Import…
Stopped
Continuing Import…
Stopped
Continuing Import…

Continuing Import…
Stopped
Continuing Import…
Previously stopped at step 1 of 17
I’ve just now updated to V2.6rc_5. Now the problem is I press the Start/Continue button and get Starting… then a few seconds later it stops. Then I press Continue and again it starts and stops.
