I spoke to the author of the All in One SEO Pack and was told to delete and reinstall the plugin. Surprisingly, it worked even though I already had the latest version.
I’ll try the same with the quiz plugin.

Apparently it’s my SEO plugin, All in One SEO Pack. Now this, along with the WP Survey And Quiz Tool, have to be disabled.
I’ve searched several forums and still cannot find anything.

Deactivated my All in One SEO plugin and it appeared. Weird.
Facing same issue on my site. I’ve tried searching and but that resulted in no answers.
Also, going to mysite.com/forums takes me to one of the pre-set (from the theme) topics and not the homepage. Going to mysite.com/forums.olddomain.net takes me to the homepage.
Weird, huh?
