    Sorry, forgot to mention that it’s a bbPress install integrated with WP (no “deep” integration).

    Thanks for the link, it seems to be a common problem, I wonder if it’ll be fixed in a future release…

    I wish that Automattic would have done the same for the stand-alone version of WP 2.9, after all, there are more single installs of WP than there is of BuddyPress and MU.

    I saw that there’s a bbPress canonical plugin in the works but I wonder what the ETA is…

    Hi Ashfame, great tutorial but before I go ahead and install bbPress using your method, is it really necessary to change the DB prefixes?

    I had a look at it and some have reported that VastHTML is broken under WP 2.9.2 while others report malware in the code. What’s you experience with it?
