Forum Role

    When user register into website,his role default set as a participant, but user can’t ask question in forum.it throws 404 error. and when i assign role as keymaster he can access forum.
    what should i do,from that participant can access forum.

    Downgrade that testacccount user I created on your site to a participant so that I can see if there is still an issue.

    I have deleted your account from my site but still i am facing this problem. it throws 404 exception.

    Sorry for trouble,
    Since i deleted your test account from my site, Keymaster role is removed from category of forum role. and Participant cant see and ask question in forum. and admin also cant take role as a keymaster.

    Hi sir,
    Forum, Topic and Replies menu are disappeared from my admin panel and Keymaster role is not showing in category of the forum role so how to solve this issue?
    Please help me.

    Its really emergency.
    You have done earlier it, and we didn’t know that if we remove your account then this problem would be arise.
    so please help to resolve this problem.

    Create me a participant/subscriber account and send the login details to my email, then I will will try to find the issue using the account you created and see if regular participants can participate in the forums.
