Does this make any article a forum topic?

and does each reply on the forum topic, go in the same WP article comments?

It makes the Forum into a Category, you can’t post topics into it. Just use it to group other forums

I dont think it does work like that. It’s a confusing name choice as a Category means something different in wordpress. Category in this instance means and equivalent of “section” or a parent group of forums so…
