Visibility of forum responses with a link

Hello, as I have stated in the discussion options that a topic with a link or more must be accepted by a moderator – when someone writes a post in the forum with the link does not know his post after writing it. https://infomiasto.eu/forum/tematy/rozmowy/
By which he writes the same several times – it should be displayed with a message – that he is waiting for moderation like comments on the blog and not completely disappear and be hidden.
And this is always very problematic for everyone
