User can’t create a topic or reply BUT I can create a topic and reply when I am logged in as him. What browser settings could he have that would prohibit him from doing so? I’m not exactly logged in as him, I am logged in as an admin and I am ‘swiching user’ if you think that makes a difference. thx!

You can try this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/use-administrator-password/

You will login as another user but with your admin password. So you can test if you can create a topic or reply.

Hi – yes I already did that, and I can reply/create topics as this person. So it has to be on their own system that I am having an issue. I am using WPFusion for restriction. I think that might be the problem.
