For some reason after updating to 2.6.6 when checking users in the back-end it says their last activity was in 1970. The date is correct in the front end except for the registration dates being 7 hours off. Any ideas what is wrong?

Nevermind the 1970 bug was due to GD Press plugin.

One other thing that remains is the UTC offset not being displayed properly for new registered uses. I’ve seen other posts about people reporting this, is there a workaround to correct this in the meantime?

@defiance12 – presume you are bumping this for the second element.

can you expand on the issue – not sure what and where you mean.

eg

in dashboard>settings>general >timezone is set to xx#
then new user registers
is then the utc offset not correct or not applied (which), and
is this what the new user sees for all topics/replies on the site, or just their own topics/replies
and what do others see, is the offset correct for their own replies, but not the new user?
etc.
