Hello – is there a way I can disable getting emails for every new person who registers? Thanks!

This is a wordpress thing than a bbpress thing.

you can see on settings>general in the wordpress backend when you go to email its says right below it

This address is used for admin purposes, like new user notification.

to disable that add this plugin
