I can’t seem to get my translation to work since updating to 2.5.6.

Wordpress version: 4.1.1
Site language: da_DK

The forum changed to english after updating BBpress. Before that, it worked fine in Danish language.

I’ve tried uploaded bbpress-da_DK.po and bbpress-da_DK.mo til both /wp-content/languages/bbpress and /wp-content/plugins/bbpress/bbp-languages but it still doesn’t work on frontend and backend.

My wp-config.php is set to da_DK.

I’ve also tried to deactivate some of the latest plugins i’ve installed but it doesn’t do it.

Hope someone can help me solve this.

it seems to work find on my end.

i didnt manually add da_DK to the wp-config.php file though i just went to settings > general and changed the language.

are you sure you did it correctly??

Yes, i have followed the guides and the language in settings > general is set to danish.

It has worked before but it changed as i updated the site, so i can’t seem to figure out what the problem is.

It’s working again after updating both WordPress and BBPress again.

Can someone help me?
I just downloaded and installed bbpress.
I have set language in wp_config.php to de_DE.

In WordPress unter Settings/Language is set also to German.

Why does backend and frontend still show up in English?

What else do I need to configure?

As long as you have the latest active versions files it should work.

Did you get your .po and .mo files from here??
