I have a forum with the structure

Category

+ subforum A

+ subforum B

+ subforum C

where category is marked as “make this forum a category”. I want on my home page to display ONLY the category (not the subforms) and show a total number of topics/posts in all the subforums. Is there any way to easily do this?
