I set up WordPress on Microsoft Azure cloud and installed bbPress. Users can add topics and type in posts/replies and the correct number of posts/replies are displayed but the actual post/reply text does not display when users click on the topic title. Any help or ideas are appreciated. I pretty much went with the defaults on installation and settings.

ok, try deactivating all your other plugins, and see if it then works. If it does, then add one at a time to see which is causing the issue.

If still failing, switch to a default theme such as twentyeleven to see if it is theme related
