Trying to create Forum but keep geeting error. Tried re-installing Forums but still get the problem. Any ideas where I could look?

I have the same error too a while ago. I just overlook on the title and the topic where you have to post it. Make sure it has a title and topic. Topics can be seen in the drop down menu just below the tags box and make sure not to click on the “resolved” drop down menu below the title box ( it should be in “unresolved” or “not a support question” setting before clicking the “create topic” box. Simply follow the error message if it still appears.

I am suspecting it’s because we were both registered here using another account. I think we have to register or log-in using our WP log in ID’s. Can anyone help us here? Thanks
