strange links to pages

somehow my forum adds links to pages that do not exist. i dont understand this
for eg (the topic hast only 2 pages):
topic.php?id=15&page=7#post-92
what is this?
e: appears WITH and WITHOUT plugins acitvated.
could it be a “front page topics” bug?
