Searching for a specific member

Maybe there is a simple way, but I would like to know how to find all the activities for a specific member.

For example, I want to know how many posts a particular member has posted. Is there a way to find that information quickly?

How do I access their profile? If someone has not posted in a few months, the only way I know to find their profile is to browse the forum until I find one of their posts. There has to be a simpler way. Can one search for a member?

if you are using style pack, then in

    dashboard>settings>bbp style pack>login

    tick item 6

then in dashboard>users>all users if you select ‘view’ under the username when you hover, it will take you to the bbpress profile page

Thanks. That works for me as admin.

Now, while at it, is there a way for a regular user to “search” for someone they might not have seen in a while?

And by the way, how do we report spam posts in this forum?

regular user – no, and beyond free help – sorry

I catch pretty well all spam on this site – just deleted the one above

It was worth asking as it might have been another “hidden” setting I didn’t know about.
    Thanks again.

    always worth asking 🙂

In essence you would need something that displays all your users to front end – there are probably plugins that do this, you would need to google around and find one you like.

If you do, I might be able to find a hook to link a ‘view’ function to, but no promises.
