Hi

I have just set up a forum gated with imember 360. Nre user auto registered as participants. If I then change them to moderators all seems fine. When they login their role changes to participant again.
I can’t work out what is going on. Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Apologies Robin – need to be more careful there! The forum is set up so that new users are automatically registered as participants (in the settings dashboard). If I then change someone to be a forum moderator it flips back to the participant when they log in. Since posting this I have disabled the membership (iMember360) plugin and then logged in on the forum page. It works fine. So it looks like a conflict with the membership plugin. I raised a ticket with them and they have replicated the issue and are working on the fix. Hopefully will be all sorted soon!
