Reply’s in Forum-Groups

Hi there,
I’m having some problems, with the reply on topics in the forum-groups.
I have 4 Groups and each one as a forum.
In the main Group’s that have more users, some users, are having trouble in post a reply. They write a reply in a topic and click in the send, but it does not save it.
This only happened with some users, not all of them.
Any one having the same problem?
Did you figure out, how to fixed?
