Yes, threading works with the 20-x themes.
Was hoping it was a known Genesis issue.
You’d need to ask the Genesis folks about bbPress compatibility 🙂 Are you using https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress-genesis-extend/ ? No idea if it’d help though.
