I have one member, a subscriber, who cannot post on forums or reply to topics. I can’t see what the problem is and would really love some help here.

I’m attaching the two screenshots I’ve been sent if that helps understand the problem.

This only happens for this one person (so far) and I can’t see what wold be different about her. Others have blogs and can post and reply, but she can’t.

Is it something I’ve done or that she’s done?

Looks like she doesn’t have the proper capabilities.

* Is she marked as a spammer?

* Is this a multisite installation of WordPress?

* If so, is she a user of that site, or do you have those forums set to be global?

* No, not marked as a spammer

* Yes, this is a multisite installation and she does have a blog of her own which she can access

* She is a user (subscriber) of the site and forums are, as far as I know, are to global (ie, anyone registered can post replies and create new topics)

Any ideas how to alter her details to allow her to post/create?

Any ideas on this, please? Why just one person? What could have been set wrongly?
