It is cutted on the right side because it has 350px width while many smartphones have 320px viewport.

Thanks @robin-w, that works on the textarea. Still the topic title input and the fieldset above where it says ‘Create New Topic’ are overflowing out of the viewable area of the screen. Will post back with code if I figure out how to fix it.

Something in your theme must be forcing the width of those fields. They are naturally responsive by using percentage based widths by default.
