the problem is when i visiting forum page in admin mode (after login) its showing me:
“Oops! That page can’t be found.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”

and there is nothing in this page.
but when i visiting same page without login(as normal visitor) its looking good and i can see option to create new topic.

can you tell me where is the problem ?

It looks like the URL you’re using is outdated or you’ve changed it.
Try going back a dir to /forums/

eg. http://only4gamers.ml/forums/
This works fine for me.
It could also be cached and holding on to an older revision.
Try logging out and back in perhaps, or trial in a private browsing session and login from there.
