I’m using wordpress 3.6.1 and bbpress plugin..
My issue is..no user as well as keymaster not able to send reply from front end site.
please help me to sort out this problem

Check that you don’t have any plugin conflicts…

To try and resolve conflicts with other plugins please disable all your plugins except bbPress to see if the error persists. Re-enable each plugin one at a time and if things break again you should be able to now know which other plugin is causing the conflict.

Also check if you have a problem with your theme, check if it happens with TwentyTen or TwentyEleven.

I checked it also with only bbpress plugin and theme TwentyEleven as well as TwentyTwelve..
but its not working

Try deactivating and reactivating bbPress plugin and this should also repair any issues with bbPress role caps.

I also do that but no change. i face same problem

Note: I am displaying forum on page(in wordpress)and use code
[bbp-forum-index]. Am i using right?

Try reinstalling the bbPress plugin to ensure no files are missing or corrupted.

I also tried that but facing same same problem
as well as I also create another website and install only bbpress plugin but again facing same problem
