Hi everyone,

I’ve recently setup my own forum. In the past I have been using Dokuwiki as a forum, but it had to many restrictions. Now that I’m using BBwordpress I’m having to following problem.

I don’t want people having to register as user, but I do want them leaving their names. Is there a Plugin available that forces people to give their name before opening a topic, or leaving a commend?

I appreciate your help guys!

i think anonymous posting is what you are looking for.

go to settings > forums > and check anonymous posting.

Thanks, your solution got me halfway. I appreciate it. So now people are able to submit to or create subjects. They are already forced to leave a name, however I also want to force them to submit their E-mail address. Preferable I would want to restrict the e-mail addresses to a single extension such as: example@company.com

That sounds like custom development , you may need to hire a developer to do that for you.
