There doesn’t seem to be a “move topic” option in bbpress for an admin to use when a member posts in a wrong forum category.

I did find a plug but it is very old and unsupported: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbp-move-topics/

Surely this is a “must have” for forum administration?

Is there a reason why bbpress doesn’t come with this in the core?

Is there a way to implement it somehow?

it moves easily in the backend.

but agree would be good to have in the front end – I’ll take a look

Ahhhhh. I never noticed that option in the edit topic area in the backend of forum admin. Thankyou.

Thats that solved then. Its really cosmetic to have it in the front end as well.

Hi, u can actually move any topic to another forum at frontend by clicking admin link “edit”.

Adding a special link in that line of edit, trash etc isn’t really needed then and would just take up more space (especially in a mobile view)
