I’m not happy having the new topic form under my topics. The topics list can get long and then people will not find a way to post a new topic. I would like to have a simple “New Topic” button on the top of the forum page which would activate the post new topic form above the list of topics or would redirect to a page where they can start a new topic. Is this possible?

3. Done.
