Need help with pages and shortcode

my problem is I using a page called “forums” for index [bbp-forum-index] with sidebar left.
it works great until I click the breadcrumbs home/forums/……. to goback to forums.
then Im getting the url version with no sidebars.my page details:
forums
siteurl/forums/bbpress setting no changed still
Forum Root = forums
Forum Prefix =ticked
Forum root should show =forum link
