    Hi,
    If it’s not in production, did you try bbPress 2.6 (https://bbpress.org/download/) ?
    The import possibilities are a lot better in the new version.
    Pascal.

    It’s also worth searching the forums, many of the issues that pop up surrounding the importing of forums are quite similar.

    Try looking at some of these to help:

    Dear Sir,

    Any Updates?

    The site you linked to appears to be running MyBB 1.4.x. The importer only works on MyBB 1.6.x and 1.8.x. You would need to upgrade to one of those versions, first, before the bbPress importer will work.

    You will need to use the MyBB site for details on upgrading, this looks like it could be what you need https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/install/upgrade/

    Hi,

    When I Upgrade my bb it asks username and password.

    Please enter your username and password to begin the upgrade process. You must be a valid forum administrator to perform the upgrade.

    Where can find this details in Cpanel.

    You need to contact your web host, or search the MyBB site for how to retrieve the appropriate username and password for your MyBB database

    Hi,

    May I know How to check the MyBB Version of My Site ?

    my web url : http://indianengineers.com/

    @thebrandonallen

    I don’t know how to check that. I made that assumption based by checking your site for JavaScript files that were available in 1.4.x, but not 1.6.x or 1.8.x. My guess is that you could log into to MyBB and find the version number there.
