We have a site on kinsta, We are not getting the email when someone mentions to other person on the site.
The email preferences are ‘ON’ for both the users. We are also using WP Mail SMTP plugin.
The @mention emails are working fine on the staging site, but on the live site.
What can be the issue.

1. are the emails showing in the WP Mail SMTP plugin logs?
2. have you talked to your hoster – if working in staging, then might be a domain configuration issue
