sorry.. I’m a newbie..
I have installed on localhost the last version of WP and bbpress 2.5.4.
This is the problem:
I put [bbp-forum-index] in page forum but I see a wrong layout.

bbpress is not great on mamp or wamp, is this what you mean by localhost.

i work on bbPress on WAMP all the time and it works fine for me.

could it be a theme issue?? try switching to a default theme like say twenty twelve.

@robkk – no evidence myself that bbpress has wamp or mamp issues, but have seen it quoted occasionally by others – probably is a red herring !

only thing i can think of is when i try WAMP i have to activate an apache module to be able to use pretty permalinks with WordPress and bbPress.

i cant think of any other issues though.
