Hi All just wondering if there are any tools out there to migrate from Kunena 5 to bbpress, want to get away from joomla and move to wp. I see the tool supports Kunena3 but don’t seem to have any success with v5

Just a follow up I used the BBimport on Kunena 5 mostly went well, biggest issue is that usernames are displaying as real names is there anyway I can remap this field so it shows usernames not realnames on posts I think it’s a bit of a privacy issue if I show real names. You’d need to re-import though instead of matching the “real name” field, match the “username” field in your importer

Not sure what “BBimport” is but I figure it’s the built in importer. As one might expect, I had no success with the v3 importer on Kunena v5.

Any guidance? Not sure how chris72a had success.

Any plans to write a Kunena v5 importer (I *hate* Kunena and Joomla, and *love* WP and bbPress!)

We have the same problem with the v3 importer. How to migrate Kunena 5 to bbPress?

With the bbimporter with Kunena 3 does not work and with Kunena 2 works but not the replies for Kunena 5.1.16.

Any idea?
