Just the latest answer appearing instead of the whole thread ?

we are at the latest version of WP (4.6.1) with Canvas theme, and BBPress 2.5.10

We don’t know why but we have this huge bug now : the answers are no more attached to the initial topic… Actually when you click on the initial topic, you just see the latest answer…
HELP please !
