Hi I am korean. so I can’t speak english very well.
I have one question.
I want to show ‘create new topic form’ on the top in the forum page.
Now, First, Topic list is shown and ‘create new topic form’ is shown at the bottom.
How can I change position of ‘create new topic form’?
