Anyway if I remember well a couple of weeks ago someone got the the same problem. try to logout/login from within the plugin section.

there’s no form in that page!.. tried login/logout, defferent browsers, google cach..

If I go to WordPress, I find the form (https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add/) but not in BBpress

I think I’ve found the root of all evil: https://plugins-dev.bbpress.org/ currently says:
Trac Error
TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.
Run “trac-admin /home/trac/trac-environs/bb-plugins upgrade”
