How to Change Freshness Time Format

Hello. I’ve looked all over for this so hopefully I’m not overlooking something super-simple.
How change the format from “‘X’ Hours, ‘X’ Minutes” to something like “Less than an hour” / “X hour” so it doesn’t require as much text space?
