Hide subforums from main forum page

Is there a way to have my main Forum page show up with my 3 Forums listed, but NOT show the subforums underneath each forum? Instead, I’d like to have people click through on Forum 1, for example, to see the sub forums within Forum 1.

I’m using this shortcode to show my forums on the main forum page:

    [bbp-forum-index]

    Hi @avaiya,

Is that a public forum? I have some options in my bbp-toolkit plugin to hide subforums, but not sure it might fit you.

If so, could you paste the link?

Hey there. No, it’s actually a private membership.

    It currently shows up as:

    Community Discussions
-with a bunch of sub forums below it

    Village Discussions
-with a bunch of sub forums below it

How I’d like it to show up is:

    Community Discussions
    Village Discussions

And you need to click on the above forums to see what sub forums
    are beneath them.

Well, it depends on the HTML that creates the page. If it’s standard, installing my bbp-toolkit plugin from the repository and activating the ‘Do not show the table with the list of subforums, only show the current forum and the topics’ in the Information tab might do the trick.
