I want to hide email address in the member directory.

what do you mean by ‘member dierctory’ ?

bbpress has a ‘profile’ but that does not show email addresses to other users (except admins can see)

While I am connected as a member on the member’s file, we can clearly see the email address (see photo 2).
And I wish we couldn’t see this address.

That’s not bbpress – must be something related to whatever membership plugin you are using
