I want to change the display order of my topics in my new forum

I want the forum to show my first topic that i created at the top.

In my case

1, I have a Welcome and introduction topic.
2, followed by all the other topics
Right now the first topic appears at the bottom of the topics instead of at the top of forum.

(i am displaying just the topic in my forum on a page)

I want all the other topics that is create throughout the life of the forum to be at the bottom.

If you open your welcome topic and you click on the (to front) next to the ‘stick’, does that not work ?
