We have about 1500 members on our Forum but when a specific member posts a new topic or replies to a post, it shows up in the back end as pending (or not approved) and we have to go and manually change it for him. Does anyone have any idea why this would affect just one participant on the Forum and no one else? Many thanks

looks like he has been blacklisted for something.

check then settings in

dashboard>settings>discussion and see of he is breaking any of the rules in comment moderation or blacklist

then come back

Oh yes, he was! He’d posted four links within a post which is two more than is apparently allowed. They are genuine links so I have upped our allowance to 4. Will he now be unblocked or do I have to unblock him myself? Many thanks!

if you approve his pending, then he will, be fine for any new ones he posts
