Is there a plugin out there, that allows users to give other users props on their posts? For instance, if an user likes a certain post, they like Props, and that user’s Props number increases and its displayed under the User’s name?

Also like other forum websites where they have some sort of bar that indicates the user reputation. Hope there’s a plugin some sort of that.
