I’ve got a fresh install of the latest versions. Have config’d both config.php files to match. This is on 1and1.

I was able to login to WP just fine, but as I installed BB, WP tells me ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’ when logging in with admin account.

I installed BB on same DB as WP.

BB works fine.

I’ve tried resetting the password on WP, same result.

Any input would be appreciated. thanks!

No clue actually what happened.

I reinstalled BB and it was fine. The only thing I changed in the install was specifying the advanced WP integration DB settings in BB install wizard.

It failed actually at first (went to the forum URL, and it gave me the OOPS screen) had to go into the DB and manually add a post to get the forum to appear.

After that, I was able to actually log into WP, quite the shocker.

The only only thing that changed actually (I just realized) was that two new people were added to my WP user table. No clue if that had an impact.
