For some reason I can’t get the /forums root to show the forum list. If I create a page w/a different slug and use the shortcode it will work; however if I use /forums it shows this: https://www.connersclinic.com/forums/

presuming that is what is set in the forums settings, then it could be a theme or plugin issue

Themes

As a test switch to a default theme such as twentyfifteen, and see if this fixes.

Plugins

If that doesn’t work, also deactivate all plugins apart from bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.

I deactivated the Beaver Builder plugin and it worked :-/ My entire site is built with Beaver Builder and switching is not an option. I wonder if anyone has figured out how to make BB work with bbPress?

I’ve actually narrowed it down to the issue being with the “Beaver Themer” plugin…if that helps?

Ok I got it. In the Beaver Themer settings I had to set an exclusion to not apply the Themer layout to the Forum archives. #wahoo
