Is there a way for a user to subscribe to new topics and to all replies to new topics with a single click?

I understand why some users may not want to be inundated with notifications every time there are replies to topics they don’t care about, but, in our case (community website), that is exactly what people want to happen. Our non-technical users are finding it inconvenient to have to subscribe individually to each topic.
