Hi am wondering what i have done wrong, when you arrive on forum page (cant show page as it requires a login) the header appears with forum – Topics – post – freshness, then under appears a link to the forum – is it possible to have the forum on that page with Topic headers instead of having to link to it again? when you do click the link the address appears – lots of /forum/??

i also have another question – sorry – i would like to have “categories” under people can post, and i mistakenly thought they must be topics, say
News
post under this
Sick and injured seals
post under this
Lost and found Reports
and post under this – etc…

Without being able to see, hard to know what your original issue is.

However you should have forums set as

News
Sick and injured seals
etc. and then your ‘posts’ are the topics under each forum

Hi Robin – so a new category in the forum is a new forum? and how do get the forum to appear without the
wardens-forum/forum/forum/
i would like it to appear on the “wardens-forum/”

Dashboard>settings>forums and in Forum Root Slug untick ‘prefix all forum content..’
