    Hello everyone,

I am new to bbpress. I am trying to make a forum on this website. I uploaded the page templates that came with bbpress onto the server and am using it on the Discussion page, where my forum index is and as you can tell it is running over the sidebar. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    section 8

If you find the page template from the theme that has a sidebar, just follow then instructions above to rename it to bbpress.php and put it in the right directory

Thank you for the quick response. When I use the default page to display the forum on it doesn’t expand into the side bar but it does however compress the forum into a small box. See here. I know I am going to have to change something in the template but I don’t know what. Thanks.

ok, since you have a paid theme, you should have paid support.

Contact the theme support site for advice.

In essence I think you want to display the forum with a sidebar on your theme, and just need to know what page template you need to use.

The as per Section 8 above copy and put this into a bbpress folder.

Come back if the theme support has queries, but they should be familiar with bbpress.
