Do you really want another avatar or just an image for the ranks.
You can change your avatar in your BuddyPress profile.
What plugins did you find that weren’t compatible with the current wp version.

I want the members to select an own avatar but i can’t see and option in buddypress to upload anything.
And it is just an image for the rank underneath the forum rank.
If you look at my avatar here that should be underneath my forum rank.
WP user avatar, Basic usr Avatar.

On this post is a simple way to add a ranking based on post count.

Where it says
echo '<div class="all-stars"><i class="svg-icon one-star"></i></div>'
That is where you can add your images like this.
echo '<div class="all-stars"><img src="image source"/></div>'
Make sure they are different for each post count specified in the snippet.
You may need different CSS than what was mentioned in the post though.
Thanks for the info but although the option to upload an avatar is active I don’t have an option to do in my profile.
Should I create something for that?

Maybe also because buddypress is using an topic with the profile name as profile.

The only thing left is that i’m trying to get an images under my avatar i’ve found a plugin wich created a text line in it but is it possible to change that into an image?
