Log out and log in again

I’d also look strongly at updating your wordpress and bbpress versions to the latest, as they both have security updates

the error is a permissions one.

Does this occur on both the front end and the back end (dashboard>topcis>create new topic)
Is it just one user, all users?

A new topic is created using the control panel and added to the forum.
Neither the administrator nor the user can write on the forum.

ok, no idea why this is happening – it could be a theme or plugin issue

Plugins

Deactivate all but bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.

Themes

If plugins don’t pinpoint the problem, as a test switch to a default theme such as twentyfifteen, and see if this fixes.

Then come back

Unfortunately, disabling plugins and switching the topic failed to solve the problem. I had to abandon this plugin and use another one.
